Overview

Would you like to deepen your learning around ICF competencies? Are you looking for a place to sharpen your skills? Are you ready to take your coaching to the next level? This course is for you.

We have designed this program to help you ground and enhance your coaching by practicing and exploring the 11 Core Competencies of the ICF. This program is designed to provide a collaborative safe place for you to try on new skills or tune up your understanding of the competencies with a community of peers and certified mentor coaches.

Workshop Details

This workshop is filled with practice, open discussion and experiential learning. You will have the opportunity to practice coaching skills with fellow credentialed coaches. This course is approved for 19 hours of continuing education through ICF.

Program Objectives

At the end of the program you will be able to:

Deepen the learning around ICF Core Competencies.
Demonstrate coaching in peer groups, learning lab, and with a mentor coach.
Discuss various coaching techniques to deepen your learning.
Increase your mastery in coaching.
